Ovitzia was founded and is still managed by Mirko Zara, who has decades of experience in holiday homes, property and short-let operations.

Launching Ovitzia in 2018 in London, Mirko envisioned providing bespoke, hands-on hospitality paired with a personal and familiar service that was lacking from larger corporations and automated models.

Being fluent in English and Italian (with a wider team covering French and Spanish), Mirko works closely with guests and clients, fostering a culture of quick responses, clear plans, and calm execution that meets high guest standards and the reporting cadence that owners rely on.

Where we operate

You won’t find our managers or agents working on properties across the UK. Currently, we’re completely London-focused, with selective support for nearby commuter areas and counties, where we can maintain high service standards and personal touches.

As a dedicated London brand, we only take on properties when we know we can service their postcode efficiently, for example, keeping response times fast, maintenance reactive and housekeeping perfect.
