Not only will we be responsible for keeping your property guest-ready, inspection-ready, and review-ready, but we’ll also handle every other aspect, all for a 12% commission.

We work with reliable cleaning teams and manage scheduling around bookings, so you don’t have to juggle cleaners,
key handovers, and last-minute changes. Typical turnaround cleans cover:

  • Core living areas
  • Bathrooms: toilet, shower, sink, mirrors, tiles, floors
  • Kitchen: surfaces, sink, hob, exterior appliances, bins
  • Bedrooms: reset room, dusting, floors, mirrors
  • Living areas & entrances: tidy/reset, dust, vacuum/mop, final presentation
  • Fresh bed-making and linen changes
  • High-touch sanitising (handles, switches, remotes)
  • Restocking toiletries & essentials (as agreed)
  • Presentation reset (pillows fluffed, surfaces neat, welcoming feel)
