Revenue Optimiser focuses primarily on pricing and occupancy strategy. Booked expands this into listing optimisation, multi-platform distribution, visibility management, reputation management, and direct booking infrastructure, making it a more complete commercial growth package.

Do I need to change my Airbnb account?

No. The property remains under your ownership and control. We simply connect to the existing setup and manage the online and commercial strategy behind it.

Which platforms can you work with?

We work with Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, direct booking setups, and most major PMS systems used in the short-term rental industry.

Do you create new listings or optimise existing ones?

Both. We can:

How is the commission calculated?

The commission is calculated on net booking revenue, excluding platform fees.

How does billing work?

You receive the booking revenue directly. At the end of each month, we issue an invoice for the agreed commission.
