Who are we? Established in 2016, Ovitzia is a small but mighty, independently run Airbnb and property management company operating throughout Norfolk, including Norwich, Cromer, Wells-next-the-Sea, Hunstanton, Great Yarmouth, King’s Lynn, Holt, Burnham Market, the Norfolk Broads, and beyond.

A cottage in Burnham Market or Wells-next-the-Sea operates in a premium North Norfolk leisure market. A property in Cromer has traditional seaside demand as well as walking, food and the distinctive draw of Cromer Pier. Around Blakeney, Cley and Morston, wildlife, birdwatching and seal trips factor into the booking decision.

The Broads create something different again. Guests may be looking for waterside settings, boating, countryside and longer stays, meaning outdoor space and the immediate environment can matter as much as the building itself.
